⚠️ The one rule — it's a dating event
Photo consent at the door. Host / cohost / the girl = film freely. Guests = anonymized (backs, hands, wide shots) unless they opt in at the door or at the photo corner. When in doubt, shoot the room, not the face.
All of this is in the can before doors. These clips feed post #12 (day-of) and the recap #13.
Consent sign up at check-in first. Then hunt the atmosphere.
Interview questions (opt-in, 2–3 people, <15s each)
"Why'd you say yes tonight?" · "Best convo so far?" · "Rate the wine /10" · "One word for tonight?" · "Coming to the next one?"
Highest-energy 20 minutes of the night. This is the recap reel's spine — do not miss it to change a battery. Fresh battery/phone at 7:10.
During open mingle, at the bright photo corner (it's in the lighting plan). This is content AND the follow-up machine: every photo you deliver by DM = a new follower + a warm touchpoint for event #2, and their reposts = free reach.
How the Insta log works
Every solo/group shot → jot name + IG handle on the log below (print it, keep it in your pocket, pen clipped on). No handle? Take the shot anyway and get their number at check-out. After the event, DM every photo from the event account — never your personal.
